I am currently unable to accept new massage clients.

Nutritional Therapy and Wellness Coaching services are available to both existing and NEW clients.

A native of the Fox Valley, Kathryn graduated from Lakeside School of Massage Therapy in Milwaukee. She has been practicing massage full-time since her graduation in 2010 with a focus on therapeutic massage with a special interest in chronic pain conditions. Kathryn's experiences with her own chronic pain, helping others on their health journeys and being on the front lines of the wellness industry has developed her passion for customized, inclusive health and wellness care that is centered around each person's unique experiences and needs.

Her personal experience with diet culture and its effects on her physical, mental and emotional health lead her to add certification as an Intuitive Eating Facilitator and wellness coach in 2020. Recognizing a need for nutrition and wellness therapy that was truly personalized to each individual, that honored all bodies and lives, she earned her Nutritional Therapy Practitioner certification from the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2022.

Kathryn works to help clients prioritize self-compassion, nourishment of the body, focus on how they feel over what they weigh, and find simple, sustainable changes that work for them. She uses her extensive knowledge of the body, bodywork, nutritional therapy and Intuitive Eating to help each client feel their best while living a life they enjoy.

Kathryn is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals and an ACE Certified Massage Cupping Practitioner. She also holds a personal trainers certification through American Council on Exercise, is certified as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner certification through the Nutritional Therapy Association and is a certified Intuitive Eating Facilitator.

Before pursuing a career as a massage therapist and wellness practitioner, Kathryn taught high school band and choir, earning her Bachelor of Music from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Motivated by her own experiences with chronic pain, she pursued her career in health and wellness; however, she remains active in the local music community as a singer and flutist. Her other interests include bicycling, hiking, jogging, yoga, reading and home improvement projects.
